Prices
include:
docking,
water and electricity in the home harbour, gas, total equipment as sailboat
description and inventory, linen and blankets for rentals more than one day. The
sailboat is rented with fuel gasoline tank and must be returned in the same
condition. Otherwise the difference must be paid by cash.
There
is not included: gasoline, mooring in other nautical clubs e any other item not
mentioned.
The
sailboat is insured against third party accidents and own damages (shipwreck,
collision, loss, fire, etc.) with the franchise of the deposit. All damages to
the equipment or losses of its parts will be deducted from the deposit. The
client must pay the franchise.
Negligence, misuse of the boat, damage or breaking the law are deemed
sufficient reasons for the immediate resolution of the contract. In this case,
any money paid will belong to IBIZAVILLA-NAUTIC by way of compensation. All
expenses resulting from the above causes or from lack of expertise,
forgetfulness, clumsiness or carelessness will be the responsibility of the
client.
In
the case of rental with skipper: the client will only have to leave the 50% of
the deposit being at the same time exempt from all liability concerning the
piloting of the boat, but not the proper use of the boat.
The
transportation and collection of the boat to or from San Antonio harbour,
skipper, gasoline and taxes with be invoiced separately and will not be included
in the rental price.
The
sailboat is rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday, check-in is at 17h and
check-out on the Friday at 18h. Non-justified delays will allow an extra charge
depending on the delay time.
The
booking of a sailboat with be confirmed only after receiving from the client 50%
of the total rental. The remaining 50% must be paid by cash or by bank transfer
3 weeks before rental date.
The
skipper must be paid by cash on the date of check-in while the extra costs the
day of check-out. It’s not allowed to ship if the total rental is not completely
paid. Booking is considered on standby until our bank does not receive the money
transfer regarding the deposit. The transfer must be forwarded within 5 days
from booking confirmation.
Deposit
of guarantee: we accept cash or VISA credit card. The deposit of guarantee is
refundable at the end of the rental week after deducting or adding extra costs
or losses of equipments.
In
case IBIZAVILLA-NAUTIC in unable to rent the reserved sailboat, a substitute
sailboat can be delivered with the client’s approval, charging or refunding the
price difference. In case there is no boat available at all, IBIZAVILLA-NAUTIC
will refund the money already received, without further responsibility.
In
case of client’s cancellation, the sum already paid to IBIZAVILLA-NAUTIC will be
kept by way of compensation; the costs for booking cancellation received before
60 days from the check-in date will be 20% of total rental. Between 60 days and
30 days from check-in date will be 40% of total rental and after 30 days the
costs of cancellation will be 60%. In the agency, there are reclamation sheets
for the clients.
The
clients declare being qualified for navigating the sailboat that is object of
this contract (in case of rental without skipper only).
The
client declares that he received the boat in good operating conditions with all
the equipment necessary for navigation, giving his approval.
By
signing this contract both parties manifest their agreement with all conditions
of the contract. |
